Simon Gault is one of New Zealand’s best known chefs, and is involved with many of the finest restaurants and bars in Auckland, including Euro, Green Room, PASHA, Shed 5, and Jervois Steak House and Saloon.

Having previously worked as personal chef to millionaires and billionaires, and with extensive international experience, Simon is discerning and keenly astute when it comes to the ingredients he uses to create memorable meals.

Simon’s relationship with NZ Wholesale Seafoods dates back around 20 years, when Simon owned Bell House in Howick.   To this day, NZ Wholesale Seafoods remain Simon’s primary seafood supplier. They have got such a really good committed team and that is such a huge factor in being able to really give 100 per cent. They bend over backwards to try and get a product or to make sure it is going to be there on time and if you run out of something they will back you up . . . that is really their absolute ace card.
