Simon Gault is one of New Zealand’s best known chefs, and is involved with many of the finest restaurants and bars in Auckland, including Euro, Green Room, PASHA, Shed 5, and Jervois Steak House and Saloon.
Having previously worked as personal chef to millionaires and billionaires, and with extensive international experience, Simon is discerning and keenly astute when it comes to the ingredients he uses to create memorable meals.
Simon’s relationship with NZ Wholesale Seafoods dates back around 20 years, when Simon owned Bell House in Howick. To this day, NZ Wholesale Seafoods remain Simon’s primary seafood supplier. They not only offer the freshest, highest quality and most diverse range of seafood, but also provide the highest level of service to ensure that Simon gets what he wants, when he wants it. “Nothing is ever too hard for Fiona and her team – they will go the extra mile to get something for me, and offer creative solutions to help me prepare fresh and delectable menus”.
Currently, Simon runs his own food business, importing products such as specialty cheeses, sauces and condiments from Europe to help people create sumptuous meals.
